To introduce shorts to new festival-goers and to seduce the youth of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean to short film as well as to give them the opportunity to really enjoy it, Caravane Films puts a lot of energy into developing educational film activities for primary and high school students in the region. Last year, 4 000 students from 12 high schools and 17 grade school classes in the region participated in these educational activities.
